Golden Summer Nicecream

This recipe which my daughter whipped up has a deluxe flavour and enough star quality for a dinner party.

It is possibly the most delicious Nicecream recipe I have tried.

It is also a boost to your health with anti-inflammatory turmeric, coconut fat, and lots of fabulous spices and good fruits. No dairy. No gluten. No refined sugars. But oh so luxurious and creamy.

Mix all the following ingredients in a blender. Always put liquids in first to assist the mixing.

1 can coconut cream (400ml) cold in fridge is good. (Freeze half of this in ice cube tray first for a thick nice cream consistency)

1 cup frozen mango pieces

2 frozen bananas

4 dates

Fresh ginger 2/3 of a thumb approx

Turmeric 2tsp

Cinnamon 1/2-1 tsp

Cardamon ground 1 pinch

Nutmeg 1 pinch

Black pepper 1 pinch

Sea salt (fine) 1 pinch

Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Sprinkles on top: coconut flakes, chia seeds, cardamon powder.

    1. Yes! Glad you asked! I forgot that bit, assuming everyone knew how to make Nicecream which they don’t of course! I have now added the instruction to put everything in the blender. PS I saw you started a new WP blog!
